Job description

We are looking for V.I.E’s, for our subsidiary in THAILAND.

Your missions will be organized around 2 activities.


  • Sales Force Effectiveness (primary mission): While evolving in a very competitive and regulated environment, the thorough analysis of our performance and sales force activity becomes more important than ever to drive organizational performance. In this context, you will be responsible to:
  • Develop, maintain, deploy creative reporting to support sales force performance and productivity,
  • Suggest actionable recommendations to SFE and Sales Management on how to best mobilize our resources in response to opportunity or challenges,
  • Maintain & update CRM system when needed.
  • Business Opportunities Evaluation: At the request of the Managing Director, you will conduct or coordinate the production ad hoc analysis for the evaluation of potential business opportunities, e.g., entry in new business area, in licensing opportunities, internal synergies

Required profile

Educational background: Pharmacist, Master’s in business School

Specialization: Sales force effectiveness or project management

Field of study: Pharmacist and Business school

Languages: English

Experience required: 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing

Computer skills: Proficiency in excel, power point presentation
